The UI/UX Designer will be responsible for designing intuitive, engaging, and user-friendly interfaces for healthcare IT solutions. The role requires the ability to understand user needs, conduct user research, create wireframes and prototypes, and deliver polished, high-quality visual designs. The ideal candidate will collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure a seamless and delightful user experience across all platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct user research and analyze user feedback to understand the target audience’s needs and preferences.
- Create wireframes, storyboards, and prototypes that illustrate design concepts and workflows for new features or enhancements.
- Design visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces that meet both functional and aesthetic requirements, ensuring a consistent design language across products.
- Develop intuitive and seamless user experiences through thoughtful layout, navigation, and interaction design.
- Work closely with product managers, developers, and other designers to ensure designs are feasible and aligned with business goals.
- Conduct usability testing to evaluate design effectiveness and iterate based on user feedback.
- Help maintain and update the design system to ensure consistent branding and interface design across all applications.
- Prepare detailed design specifications and guidelines to communicate design requirements to developers and other stakeholders.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest UI/UX design trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve design processes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a portfolio showcasing design work across web and mobile applications.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, , or Illustrator.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and practices, with a focus on creating delightful user experiences.
- Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and product managers.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on finding creative solutions to design challenges.
- Strong attention to detail, ensuring that designs are pixel-perfect and visually consistent.
- Good communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain design concepts and decisions to non-design stakeholders.
