The Deputy Team Lead will assist in consulting the hospitals and gather the requirements for building healthcare IT solutions, ensuring effective coordination and collaboration between medical staff and IT teams for development and adoption of the solution as required to deliver healthcare solutions. This role is crucial for bridging the gap between hospital management requirements and the IT services provided by Medimaze Solutions Pvt Ltd, ensuring client satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Team Lead in managing a multidisciplinary team of medical professionals and IT experts.
- Oversee the smooth execution of healthcare solutions, including patient management systems, lab and radiology services, and hospital management applications.
- Act as a liaison between hospitals and our product and service delivery teams, addressing client needs and resolving operational issues.
- Assist in planning, implementation, and monitoring of healthcare IT projects, ensuring deadlines are met and client expectations are satisfied.
- Conduct training sessions for hospital staff on new system integrations and process improvements.
- Ensure that services provided meet industry standards for healthcare management, and continuously monitor quality control.
- Work with the team to analyze current processes and suggest enhancements to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and streamline operations.
- Ensure all healthcare-related operations comply with local regulations and hospital standards.
- Assist in the creation of detailed project reports and performance reviews for internal and client reference.
Requirements:
- MBBS/PG Diploma/Degree in Hospital Management, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in hospital management or healthcare solutions, preferably in a leadership role.
- Familiarity with healthcare IT systems, hospital management software, and patient management platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams effectively.
- Strong analytical skills, capable of identifying issues and proposing actionable solutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; must be able to interface with both medical and IT teams.
- Strong focus on client satisfaction and the ability to understand client requirements in-depth.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
