About the Role:
We are looking for a creative UI/UX & Graphic Designer with strong design thinking and ideation skills. The ideal candidate should be able to translate concepts into visually appealing designs across web, mobile, and digital media. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create intuitive user experiences, engaging graphics, and impactful brand visuals.
Key Responsibilities:
Graphic Design-
• Design marketing collaterals, brochures, banners, posters, and brand assets.
• Develop visual concepts and creative layouts for digital and print media.
• Maintain brand consistency across all design outputs.
Social Media & Content Creation-
• Create engaging social media creatives and promotional graphics.
• Design content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.
• Edit reels and short-form videos (preferred).
UI/UX Design-
• Create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Develop wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Conduct user research and apply design thinking methodologies.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate design implementation.
Web & WordPress-
• Design website layouts and landing pages.
• Basic WordPress knowledge for uploading content, editing pages, and managing media (added advantage).
Required Skills:

- Figma (UI/UX primary)
- Adobe Illustrator

- CorelDRAW
- Canva
- Relevant Video Editing Tool for Reels
- Strong understanding of color theory, typography, spacing, and layout design.
- Ability to think creatively and present design concepts clearly.
- Strong ideation and problem-solving skills using design thinking methods.
- Knowledge of responsive and mobile-first design.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or related field (preferred).
• Minimum 1.5 years of hands-on design experience in UI/UX and graphic design.
