Job Summary
Medimaze Solutions is looking for an experienced Scrum Master to lead and facilitate Agile development practices within our product teams. The ideal candidate will ensure effective implementation of Scrum methodologies, remove obstacles for the development team, and drive continuous improvement in our software development lifecycle.
You will work closely with product owners, developers, QA teams, and stakeholders to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of healthcare software solutions including HIMS, LIMS, and RIS-PACS platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Ensure the development team follows Agile and Scrum best practices.
- Identify and remove impediments that may affect the team’s productivity.
- Work closely with Product Owners to manage and prioritize the product backlog.
- Track sprint progress and team performance using Jira dashboards and reports.
- Coordinate development workflow and code lifecycle using GitLab.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and Agile maturity.
- Help teams improve velocity, quality, and delivery timelines.
- Maintain transparency in project status and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Support release planning and deployment coordination.
Required Skills
- Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in software development teams.
- Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum framework, and SDLC.
- Hands-on experience with Jira for sprint planning, backlog management, and reporting.
- Experience working with GitLab for development workflow and version control coordination.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to coach and mentor teams in Agile practices.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PSM, or equivalent certification.
- Experience working in healthcare software or hospital management systems.
- Familiarity with DevOps workflows and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams.
