Kamlesh Sancheti
With over 22 years of experience in the IT industry, Mr. Kamlesh Sancheti has developed a strong business acumen as a Technology Architect and Senior Delivery Executive. His expertise spans the entire software lifecycle, including technical architecture, development, deployment, and production support.
Mr. Sancheti has led large-scale, multi-geography projects across various industries, specializing in Mobile Solutions, Media and Broadcasting, and Application Integration using SOA/EAI. He has a proven track record in implementing Agile and Waterfall methodologies to deliver projects ahead of schedule.
Currently, Mr. Sancheti is focused on establishing Medimaze Solutions Pvt Ltd to deliver cost-effective IT solutions, with a particular focus on Capability Assessment, Consumer Collaboration, and enhancing Online Presence. Among his notable achievements, he partnered with VISA to set up a PCI-DSS compliant service delivery mechanism and successfully led the offshoring of major development activities.

As Chief Financial Officer at Medimaze solution Private Limited, CA Parikshit Daga brings over 5 years of experience in financial strategy, corporate governance, operational excellence and Tax compliances.
Before joining the company, he served as Manager at a top consulting firm for 3 Years in domain of Statutory Audit and indirect taxation.

With the rich experience in the software industry, he excels in optimizing processes, managing cross-functional teams, and delivering exceptional results. Dr. Ekta Jain
Dr. Ekta Jain is a dedicated professional with a strong educational background and extensive experience in the fields of HR and Learning & Development. She graduated with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) from the prestigious Government Dental College, Nagpur, before pursuing an MBA with a specialization in HR and Finance from Pune University.
With over 9 years of hands-on experience, Dr. Jain has honed her expertise in various HR domains, including Designing and Implementation of Human Resources Strategies, talent management, employee development, and organizational growth. Her passion for fostering a productive and positive work environment is reflected in her commitment to continuous learning and professional excellence.
